Our company, founded in August 2008, is located in Hi-tech Industrial Park, Huairen County, Shuozhou, Shanxi P rovince. The company is a limited liability company which covers an area of 330 mu. The company currently owns 308 employees in which there’re 86 technical professionals, 28% of total employees. The company intends to build the domestic largest production base of injections. It mainly produces non-PVC co-extruded membrane soft bag large-volume infusion solution, PP (polypropylene) plastic bottle large-volume infusion solution, glass bottle large-volume infusion solution and internationally most advanced “blown bottle-injected packing-sealing” three-in-one PP plastic ampoule hydro-acupuncture, among which PP plastic ampoule hydro-acupuncture and 1000ml PP (polypropylene) plastic bottle large- volume infusion solution fill in blanks of our country, and non-PVC co-extruded membrane soft bag large-volume infusion solution fills in blanks of our province.
The engineering construction will be conducted at three stages. The total investment of the project is 559 million yuan; the overall building area is 68,530 m2. After all three stages are put into production, our company will become the biggest production base of non-PVC soft bag infusion solution and plastic ampoule hydro-acupuncture. Till then, our company can realize an industrial total output value of 4.9 billion yuan with 1.7 billion yuan taxation of profit.
First stage has already completed. Its overall building area is 21,830m2 with a construction investment of 130 million yuan. Now it has been completed:
①There’s one 2,040m2 manufacturing workshop for glass bottle large-volume infusion solution, which has been put into production. The annual output of glass bottle large-volume infusion solution is 18 million bottles.
②There’s one 4,760m2 manufacturing workshop for PP (polypropylene) plastic bottle large- volume infusion solution and non-PVC co-extruded membrane soft bag large-volume infusion solution. Annual output of plastic bottle large-volume infusion solution is 200 million bottles; annual output of non-PVC co-extruded membrane soft bag large-volume infusion solution is 300 million bottles. PP (polypropylene) plastic bottle large- volume infusion solution has been put into production whose products are wholly exported to Southeast market.
Overall floorage of the second stage is 12,600 m2 and the investment is 99 million yuan
③Build a 5,000m2 internationally most advanced “blown bottle-injected packing-sealing” three-in-one PP plastic ampoule hydro-acupuncture workshop (exclusive in domestics). The annual output is 33 million.
④Complete the construction of one 1,000m2 BPC workshop including one general chemical material production line and one anti-tumor BPC production line.
⑤A full-automatic super-speed production line which can manufacture 25 million non-PVC soft bag infusion solution of 1,000ml specification is under construction.
III Stage engineer starts constructing in 2012. Its overall building area is 34,100m2; construction investment is 264 million yuan.
⑥Newly build 6 production lines for non-PVC co-extruded membrane soft bag infusion solution. The annual output is 180 million bags.
⑦Newly build 4 production lines for PP plastic ampoule injected packing. The annual output is 132 million.
⑧Newly build a production line of PP plastic bottle flushing fluid. Newly build two production lines of raw materials.
After all projects are completed and put into production, it is predicted that the total output value will be around 8.914 billion yuan with 3.932 billion taxation of profit.
As a provincial key construction engineering project, our production quickly becomes effective. We gain the confirmation, care and concern from leading cadres at all levels. Shuozhou municipal party and government awarded us with “Shuozhou High-tech Corporation”, “Shuozhou Technological innovation Corporation”, “Shuozhou Excellent Outside-financing Corporation” and “Annual key engineering investment completion percentage of Rank four”. Discipline inspection and Supervision department granted us a brass banner of “Key Protection Corporation”.
In order to ensure a long-term development, strengthen a key competitiveness, the company has invested a large amount of money to research on 78 new medicines of heart and cerebral vessels, anti-tumor, antibiotics, nutrition. It is predicated that theses medicines will be successively authorized into market from 2011-2013. Our company breaks the situation of uni-structure and incomplete specification in domestic current infusion solution products, and builds NUOCHENG as a modernized pharmaceuticals company with large scale of production, complete specifications, advanced equipments and solid technical strength. After the base is completed and put into production, it not only fills in the blanks of soft bag infusion solution production line of pharmaceutical industry in Shanxi province. PP plastic ampoule hydro-acupuncture and 1,000ml PP (polypropylene) plastic bottle large-volume infusion solution also fill in domestic blanks. Meanwhile, we are expected to surpass Kunlun Pharmaceutical factory and Shuanghe Pharmaceutical factory as the biggest infusion solution production corporation nationwide; and become the leader of infusion solution industry, laying a solid foundation for successfully entering the national pharmaceutical corporation top 100.
